Following many successful years as a telecommunications sales
executive, John took steps into Real Estate sales as he saw it as
the perfect vehicle for him to maximize his personal potential.
In April 2000 John started selling real estate with LJ Hooker in
Mount Maunganui. He quickly became a very good all round lister
and seller of property and as a result was awarded the National
Rookie of the year award for the year 2001. He became a finalist
in the International LJ Hooker rookie of the year awards where
he placed 3rd. For seven straight years John was consistently
placed in the top 5% of agents throughout Australasia. In 2007
John achieved Life membership in the prestigious high achievers
club. At the end of 2007 John made the move to setup Premium
Real Estate as it offered him an even greater opportunity to
perform, this time at the top end of the market. He chose to
specialize primarily in Premium properties in Tauranga, Mount
Maunganui and Papamoa.
Through a lot of hard work, determination and persistence, John
has established a reputation for achieving honest and reliable
results (over 300 property transactions) for vendors and
purchasers which has ultimately led to much repeat and referral
business.
Now regarded as one of New Zealand’s most accomplished real
estate professionals, John Pasley’s reputation for selling the Bay
of Plenty’s properties is well deserved.
Over the last ten years John has received a series of sales
awards and has been instrumental in the sale of many of the
Bay’s coastlines most sought after properties.
With a strong marketing background and a total dedication to
providing an unparalleled level of service to successfully bringing
